We know how hard you work, and we want you to keep all your earnings, that’s why we don’t charge membership fees or commissions on your jobs.
All our service call prices are fixed, based on the service type, location and call type, so you won’t get any surprises!
With Spetz you only pay a small fee for the service calls that are sent to you, so if you don’t get any calls, you don’t pay. Service call prices start from AU$12.
You are in full control of your settings and you will only receive service calls based on your work schedule. If you are not available to take calls or need to take a break, you can set yourself to unavailable and save your credit.
Use Now, Pay Later – Sign up with a simple credit line and receive service calls – don’t pay anything until the end of the month or once you have reached your credit line limit.

Once you have registered you will receive an email within 1 business day confirming your registration as well as our Specialist User Guide to help you get started.
You will receive a service call via text message and/or email with all the details informing you that there is a customer who is looking for your service now. On occasion, our automated system may call you to connect you to the customer directly (e.g. if you haven’t responded and the customer is still waiting for you.)
You can easily edit or update your service types, availability and areas covered by using the Spetz Service provider app at any time. If you need any help, you can always contact our business centre.
The more available you are, the more service calls you can receive, but you can easily pause receiving service calls when you are busy and save the cost of receiving service calls when you are not available. You can update your availability at any time through the Spetz Specialist app.
